A rather rare case… and finally closed

justice

A fairly rare affair in the libertine world, and we hope that it will remain so. He is happy in any case that the legal dispute between the S club in Lombers and the Rouge et Noir, a neighboring establishment a few kilometers away, has come to an end.

We won't go into the details of the case, which has caused enough noise and hassle enough as it is. Simply, the Toulouse Court of Appeal has just rejected the appeal of the manager of the Rouge et Noir and therefore definitively dismissed her claim against Philippe Notario, owner of the S Club.

The presence of two clubs so close to each other is a chance for the libertines of the region and should be an opportunity to revitalize the regional fabric and to make this libertine pole shine far beyond the neighboring towns .

Let us hope that from now on, with justice having been pronounced, everyone will go about their commercial activities peacefully and in good neighborliness, and we wish both establishments the best possible success in their business.

Maybe one day we will even be able to see the two structures join forces to offer the Occitan public a weekend of discovery of licentiousness, with an open day and a visit to the facilities? After all, isn't the world of libertinage a school of open-mindedness and tolerance, which could appease many passions if more of our contemporaries adhered to it?
